1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VelaTV ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

VelaTV is a private file manager and media player for Android TV and Android phones. It lets you browse and play your own video files wherever you keep them: your device's local storage, a network share (NAS/SMB), a WebDAV server, Google Drive, or your personal Telegram cloud storage. The App does not provide, host, or curate any content of its own - it only ever shows files you already have access to. The App is distributed through Google Play.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account

The App uses anonymous authentication. No personal information is required to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your device.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Lifetime Access: A one-time payment for permanent access to all features.
Annual Subscription: An annual payment that renews automatically. You can cancel at any time.

Payments are processed through Google Play. We do not store any payment credentials. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.

6. Refunds

Refunds for purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google Play's refund policies. If you experience issues, contact our support at barker8a@gmail.com. We review each request individually.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Decompile, disassemble, or modify the App
Use the App for illegal purposes
Distribute or resell the App without permission
Circumvent payment or licensing mechanisms

8. Intellectual Property

VelaTV and all related content, code, and branding are the property of VelaTV. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Content

VelaTV is a media player and does not host, distribute, or create video content. It only plays files you already have access to, whether stored locally, on your own network server or Google Drive, or in your personal Telegram channels and groups. Responsibility for that content lies with you and, where applicable, the owners of the Telegram channels or groups you belong to. We are not responsible for third-party content.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VelaTV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
